About the Journal

The San Eugenio: A Multidisciplinary Journal is named in honor of St. Eugene de Mazenod, founder of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate, the religious congregation that administers the Oblates Education System, including Notre Dame of Midsayap College (NDMC).

This peer-reviewed journal is published annually and features high-quality, original research articles across a broad range of disciplines, in both English and Filipino. Students and faculty of NDMC are strongly encouraged to contribute scholarly work that advances knowledge and serves the wider academic and local communities. The publication is managed by the Research and Development Center (RDC), which is committed to cultivating a research-oriented academic environment through scientific inquiry, innovation, and creativity.

Looking ahead, the RDC aspires for The San Eugenio to gain recognition from respected local and international indexing and abstracting bodies, affirming its scholarly impact and reach.
