Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the influence of interactive mobile application on guest intention to use among hotel clients. It covered the demographic profile of the respondents, the level of interactive mobile application, the level of guest intention to use, the significant relationship between interactive mobile applications and guest intention to use, and significant
influence of interactive mobile applications on guest intention to use. A snowball sampling technique was used. The 50 users of interactive mobile applications in booking a hotel and inns were the actual respondents of the study. Descriptive-correlational research design was used in the study. The level of interactive mobile application in terms of usefulness, ease of use, enjoyment,
and attitude is high. Additionally, the level of guest intention to use in terms of security, social value, convenience, intention to use, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease to use which is high. Moreover, the significant positive relationship between the interactive features of mobile applications and guest intention highlights the importance of user-friendly, efficient, and secure
technologies in fostering higher user engagement and satisfaction. Given these results, the null hypotheses—asserting no significant relationship or influence—were rejected, confirming that well-designed mobile applications play a critical role in shaping consumer behavior and intention in the hospitality industry.
