This study investigated the awareness, delivery, and impact of social services in Barangay Elian, Datu Saudi-Ampatuan, Maguindanao del Sur, and their alignment with Sustainable Development Goal No. 1: No Poverty. A mixed-methods approach was utilized, involving 50 household respondents. Descriptive statistics, inferential analysis, and correlational methods were employed to assess sociodemographic influences and inter-variable relationships. Results revealed an “extremely aware” level of knowledge about services (M = 4.43), high satisfaction with service delivery (M = 4.42), and a perceived strong impact on poverty reduction (M = 4.47). Significant differences in perceptions emerged across sociodemographic variables such as age, marital status, educational attainment, employment status, and household size. The strongest correlations were found between awareness and perceived impact (r = 0.724). The findings highlight the need for inclusive, context-sensitive delivery strategies and sustained capacity-building programs to enhance long-term socioeconomic resilience. Recommendations include differentiated outreach strategies, targeted livelihood support, and participatory service planning.
